United Malt (previously GrainCorp Malt) is a house of brands consisting of: Great Western Malt, Canada Malting, Bairds Malt, Country Malt Group, Schills Malt, Brewcraft, Cryer Malt and Barrett Burston Malt. These malt houses are operating all over the world.
Pail was engaged to provide a solid solution of messaging and market strategy from a wholistic approach for this house of brands. They needed to connect the brands more clearly, and that is what we provided through our work with them.
We gathered one-two representatives from each malt business, and flew them into Vancouver, Washington for a collaborative brand workshop.
From here, we established KPI’s that assisted in messaging, management and communications coming from United Malt Corp.
In addition to our workshop we managed numerous interviews on the phone that gave us a macro view of positives and negatives to address within the business to business communications of United Malt.
We can communicate messaging without imagery by using creative storyboarding, animation and voiceovers. This video was one deliverable from our messaging toward all of the brands within United Malt.
We produced a global brand video for internal communications to show at the annual malt conference.
